Proposing an amendment to the city charter, changing the date of Clearwater's municipal election, beginning in 2026, to coincide with the state and federal elections, creating a run-off election for each seat in which no candidate receives more than fifty percent of the vote in the municipal election and modifying the dates of candidates qualification, commencement and expiration of office, and other time periods as necessary.
